I am very pleased with my rose it’s a lovely plant. A little disappointed with the packaging because the bottom of the box was really wet. Therefore when I tried to carry it in the bottom fell through. Made quite a mess. Maybe a bit more plastic around the pot would have been better.

I am still waiting for my RHS Burgon & Ball hand fork £13.99 or a refund.

Looked online for replanting and ongoing care instructions as none provided with purchase. Despite applying the correct level of maintenance, after 6 weeks the plant died. This plant is extremely sensitive to too much or too little water and too much or too little shade. Something the provider should have made clear with the purchase. I’m also of the opinion that the plant sent was not as robust as it should have been. A thorough waste of money. No repeat business from Crocus Uk.

Excellent healthy plants. Roses started to flower straight away. Seeds were all fertile. This was my second purchase as I was very happy with the first. Will buy again, no doubt.

Good overall ... ordered on 9th and three varieties arrived on 19th ... all fine as plants in good condition.

I bought 3 roses. They delivered in perfect packing, and the roses are healthy and gorgeous.

Good value for money plants.

Ordered some ornamental grass and poppy. Arrived promptly and well packed. Really healthy plants, can’t wait to see full potential as they grow on.

Ordered an apple tree for a memorial- the quality was poor. Ended up having to buy another one from somewhere else.

The plants received were not if the quality I would have expected.
Also very disappointingly, I saw cheaper and larger at my local expensive garden centre.
I was also disappointed when I contacted your customer service department and just received a generic reply.
